The Land Court is committed to protecting user privacy. We understand and appreciate that visitors and users of this web site are concerned about their privacy and the confidentiality and security of any information they may provide to us.

From 1 July 2009, the Right to Information Act 2009 replaced the Freedom of Information Act 1992 and the Information Privacy Act 2009 (the IP Act) replaced Queensland’s administrative privacy scheme under Information Standard 42 and Information Standard 42A.
