Current Membership of the Land Court

The Land Court and Land Appeal Court are constituted under the Land Court Act 2000 and provide an appeal mechanism for the resolution of land related matters.

The Land Court has jurisdiction under 35 State Acts.

There are presently five permanent Members and two part-time Members of the Land Court. These are:

Land Court Members preside over hearings of all matters within the jurisdiction of the Land Court.

There is one Judicial Registrar:

The Judicial Registrar primarily deals with the Court's alternative dispute resolution processes.

Two Land Court Members and a Judge of the Supreme Court constitute the Land Appeal Court. The Judges are as follows:

The Land Court Registry is the administrative arm of the Land Court and Land Appeal Court.
