The Land Court will be relocating on the 23rd of October 2009 to the Brisbane Magistrates Court Building, 363 George Street. The Registry will be located on level 8. All Land Court and Land Appeal Court hearings will be conducted in the Magistrates Court Building.

Although the Land Court has a central registry in Brisbane, the Court regularly holds sittings in rural and regional centres in an endeavour to make the Court more accessible to our clients.

The proceedings of all matters, with the exception of preliminary conferences and mediations, are recorded.
