Fees and Charges

The following are regulatory fees pursuant to s.78 of the Land Court Act 2000.

These fees apply from 26 November 2007.

GST is not applicable to these regulatory fees.

Regulatory Fees

A copy of a record of the Land Court or a document or exhibit filed with the registrar	First Copy - $ 1.70 (for each page). Maximum fee for the first copy $50.00. Additional copy - $ 0.50 (for each page). Maximum fee for additional copy $ 20.00.
A copy of a transcript prepared upon request from a recording of a proceeding	$ 6.00 (for each page)
Binding appeal record books for an appeal in the Land Appeal Court	$ 7.30 (for each volume)
Serving a notice of appeal on the registrar of the Land Appeal Court	$ 124.00
Applying for a proceeding in the Land Appeal Court to be decided at another place	$ 179.50
Issuing a subpoena	$ 14.50
