Fees and Charges

The following are regulatory fees.

These fees apply from 13 July 2012 as per the Land Court Regulation 2010.

"Please note that there are no filing fees to commence an action in the Land Court . This includes appeals against valuation of land, claims for compensation for compulsory acquisition of land. There is a fee to commence an appeal in the Land Appeal Court (see below for details)."

GST is not applicable to these regulatory fees.

Item		Cost
A copy of a record of the Land Court or a document or exhibit filed with the registrar		First Copy - $2.20 (for each page). Maximum fee for the first copy $59.00. Additional copy - $0.50 (for each page). Maximum fee for additional copy $23.50.
Serving a notice of appeal on the registrar of the Land Appeal Court		$150.00
Applying for a proceeding in the Land Appeal Court to be heard or decided at another place		$210.00
Issuing a subpoena		$17.00

All requests for transcripts are to be made to the State Reporting Bureau.
